NSMBA Film Festival 2011 Call for Submissions - deadline extended to May 30th

The NSMBA will be hosting their inaugural film festival premiering Digger's latest film, "North Shore Extreme 10: The Last Digg." Come check out a gem of a video with a killer soundtrack and support the man who puts his heart and soul into the trails we all know and love! This is an event NOT to be missed.

Join us at the Bridge Between Pub on Thursday, June 2nd. Doors are at 7pm with the show starting at 7:30pm.

Tickets will be available at the door, $2 for members and $5 for non-members. All proceeds from this event will be donated to Digger

We will be showcasing films before the premiere. If you are interested in submitting a movie please read below:

The NSMBA wants your mountain bike film! Send us your documentaries, shorts and features. Everyone from first-timers to life-long filmmakers who share the passion for mountain biking, is encouraged to enter!

Submissions are now open! If selected, your film will be screened before the premiere of Digger's latest film, "North Shore Extreme 10: The Last Digg."

Your films must be submitted by May 30th, 2011, at midnight, and can be sent via email to info@NSMBA.ca or to the following address:

PO BOX 16127, Lynn Valley Postal Outlet,
North Vancouver, BC,
V7J 1S9

All submissions must include a completed entry form, and all files, images, and documents must be labelled with the film title and creator's name. Files should be in .avi or .mp4 format, preferably HD quality, and no larger than 1GB if sent via email. Contact info@nsmba.ca for entry forms and for more information.

Awesome idea! When is the actual film festival date?

Art Barn (makers of You Like This) has completed Helena's TR250 vid and we'd like to show it to you guys at this event first! (don't worry it's not too commercial-y)

The date is June 2nd (next Thursday) at the Bridge Between Pub (1970 Spicer Road
North Vancouver - just off Dollarton near the Timmy Ho's). We'd love to see you guys out there!
