Freeride hardtail frames - how heavy?

Aluminum free ride hardtails like a Brodie holeshot or some of the norco offerings... Anyone know how heavy they are? Just the frame.

Aluminum xc frames are like 3-4 pounds so I'm guessing 6?

my Banshee Morphine (medium anodised black) was 6.48lb with seatclamp and rear dropout grub screws, derailleur hanger, etc.

not as heavy as it looked?

but unpleasent to ride for sure, unless using huge volume tires...

3 months later I replaced it with a Banshee Scirocco which was a huge improvement, and came in under 5lb if I remember correctly, however still not exactly a "comfortable" frame!
