I'm pretty sure Raceface won't die. The brand will be picked up by someone else, and I bet most of the components will stay the same... I wouldn't count them out just yet.

I think a larger company will buy the assets, restructure the company, bring it out of bankruptcy and move the manufacturing offshore. Then continue with the Brand. Won't be the same.

I feel sorry for the people who worked for RF hopefully they wont be out of work for too long & find there dream job again soon, as for there Taiwanese made parts pppppfftt .......

Now I understand why everyone was raving about the super sweet deals they got at the Race Face sale a few months back. My friends were going off about how they nabbed a mountain of sweet gear for next to nothing.
Guess there was a reason for that sweet deal.

that is desperately sad. I love raceface components. I have rf handlebars, stems, two sets of cranks, seatposts.... I love to buy bc if I can so who should I buy from next that does the same kind of stuff from BC?

IF that's true, it's too much considering the company seems to have bitten the dust. If that person was any good, RF would still be around. That's one argument anyway.
