Oooh nice, gone a bit euro-lapierre with the integrated bump stops and seat post clamp. I like. Norco is really pushing themselves in the design of their bikes.

very session-esque aesthetically. at least they emulated a decent looking design.
though to nit pick (why the hell not, huh) i'd flip the shock & straighten out the belly bulge on the dt a bit. the lapierre details are neat. though i'd forego the added weight & fabrication costs of the integrated bump stops. Last edited by xy9ine; 11-26-2010 at 06:40 PM. |

quoted from mpora to bring some UK vernacular to nsmb
"Jesus norco put a stop on that 2011 minger and get that beaut rush released! I know looks mean zilch but its about time they made something that looks good. Most of their range looks pants." on topic: I'm not going to say it looks like a ____ but rather are we seeing a technological convergence in DH suspension design a la moto? |

If by any chance the keep making a budget Norco DH version, I'll have to start saving.

Nice. I remember seeing shots of the Shore prototype a few months back and I figured the Team DH would probably go the same way. I actually quite like the look of the 2010/2011 TDH (yes, I have one) but I have to admit, it's about time Norco got rid of the 'frame around the shock' design. I think that is the main thing that lets the current frame design down aesthetically. Good work Norco.

Love it, lots of cool details, cable routing looks clean.
The pinkbikers are going to have a field day with it. "Omg,looks like a Trek, Giant, etc, etc". Norco can't win in that regard. Can't wait to see the new Shore in its finished form |

Well done NORCO! Looks so simple and clean, especially the integrated seatpost clamp. Been a long time coming but glad they finally ditched the nasty looking current frames.

well thats certainly a radical move for Norco, completly unlike any previous team DH version..
curious is the seatpost clamp internal ??? it looks like theres a small circle which im guessing is were teh seatpost gets tightened down ??? |

2nd comment from original article: "First Norco in a long time that hasn’t been pig-vomiting-in-the-street ugly"

It's nothing really new as BMX and DJ bikes have been doing the integrated clamp for a while now. Definitely an easy way to make the bike look much cleaner!

Looks great!
I really like the integrated seat clamp and fork bumper details, and the cable routing. Nice to see these details paid attention to. |
