disc brake adapter?

so i got my hands on a late 90's z1, one of the orange ones. 5" travel with a bolt on arch and pinch bolt crowns. it has dual disc brake mounts from what i assume is before a standard was created but both are spaced slightly smaller than a modern IS mount.
what can i use as an adapter? and does any of you have one lying around?

easiest might be to drill out a current mount
