Ti hardware kit
Soooo, I broke my leg riding last Tuesday and they drilled a hole below my knee so they could shove a Titanium rod in my tibia.

I got me a Ti hardware kit! Hell Yea!

Its the first thing ive ever broken in my body. Good meds, good doctors, and good friends that visit on a regular basis are making this process pretty easy. I just cant help but think of all the athletes who deal with so much more what I have going on.

Ill see If I can get a picture of the X-ray up some time.

Not much of a point to this thread. Just bored and figured some of you would have some good stories to occupy the vast amounts of time that I now have available to me

i broke my leg (tibial platuea). Titanium is in there as well. good luck witht he healing. it sucks. so. fucking. much.

They only gave me stainless when I did my leg.

They'll let you keep it when removed, if you ask them nice.

Herb doesnt directly reduce the pain like the hydrocodone they prescribed does. But yes, I am stoned, and it does make things better

It was a pretty lame crash. Wasnt even on the trail. It was raining hard so we decided to go for a ride in down Fort Worth. Hit up some parking garages and had fun for a while bombing down and riding the elevator up. I crashed like two times before the fall that broke my damn leg! THey were lower speed and somewhat recoverable though. On the last run I was being the stupidest and taking the turns wider and faster than before. Slid out (while turning right), put my foot down, SNAP! going about 15-20 mph. ENough thats fo sho
