Interesting New Workout Machine

Maybe some of you have heard of these PowerPlates. They vibrate at over 2000 times per minute which contracts you muscles as you workout on it. It also moves in three directions there by working your balance etc. The machine also stimulates growth hormones. Kim has been using this machine religiously since her ACL surgery and McConkey can't believe her recovery. They are new here but in Germany most gyms have them and are used by NHL hockey teams etc.

Did my first workout on one today and in 12 minutes it felt like I got a good 1.5 hour workout. Pretty incredible. I felt it pretty good on my ride up Fromme this afternoon. There is a place that offers the first workout free to try it. If your injured and coming back or want to try something new give this a whirl. They have alot of scientific research on their website about balance and stability, some by people I have worked with in the past.

I agree I would rather be outside to and said the same thing however this does it way faster than going out for a long ride so for people who can't get out or are coming back from injury like my girlfriend it is a wicked machine. Just another thing to use...

The wife has one of those machines at her pilates studio, mega $$ to buy! I dont get a chance to use it very much, but the brother in law rehabed his leg after failing on the GLC drop.
