Pro "Life" logic fail.

Four weeks earlier would have been 1/2 week before birth and therefore well into the third trimester. Anything after second trimester is both dangerous for the mother and illegal.

She's hearing voices and seems pretty mentally unstable to me. You can't rule out that with medication and treatment she could become better. The death penalty is pretty harsh for someone who likely isn't in control of her actions, don't you think? Personally I don't think she deserves the death penalty, but then again I'm against it regardless.

Putting this person to death would do nothing but diminish us. That is obviously not the actions of a sane person, and thus of no deterrent value, nor would the punishment be understood by this person.
