Marty's had them in Victoria. Probably could order them easily at a few of the other shops I deal with..

I wasnt moving at the time...I was standing below the rock drop making a phone call and I got tailwhipped in the head by some hotshot. I tried to chase him down to yell at him, but I had another call come in that I had to take.
