RANT: dumbasses trying to buy my bike
[color=blue]ok i have had my bike for sale on craigslist/nsmb/buy&sell for a couple weeks now, and I have had nothing but COMPLETE MORONS email me about it. is there anybody out there with a brain in their head who wants to buy used stuff? examples:

One guy emailed me and said all he had was 400 bucks, and then he would give me his digital camera to pay for the rest (I was asking for $1000). Okay that isn't that stupid, but that is pretty annoying that somebody would lowball you with no good explanation and try to pawn off their used crap on you when you don't have ANYTHING in your ad about wanting to trade anything.

this is the best one though. now everybody on the internet uses poor grammar, bad spelling, etc. But this takes it to a whole new level. keep in mind I have some pictures of the bike on the ad:

buyer: will the seet go any lower (that is copy and paste, that is all they wrote)

me: Yes the seat can go lower than in the picture. It goes down to about 1.5 inches from the seat. I could cut the seat tube for you to get it right down if you wanted.

buyer: would you be able to bring it down won time just saw i cauld try it out (copy and paste again...)

me (trying to refrain from laughing too hard): Yes I could

i've been posting in blue font since...before 2002? i cant remember when i actually joined nsmb...

I had 3 sets of working hayes brakes for a 6pack up a while ago. Nobody picked em up.
