I need to get on a plan to link up the S section before Cardiac, and Cardiac, non-stop. That's a toughy I haven't done since about 18/20. 15 years ago now.

Knowing you man, you don't need any plan, just do it. You sure as hell have the energy for it, no question about that.

Bastage.

I think I'll get that little obstacle over with tomorrow morning. Base at Gillardi, 7:30, if anyone is interested.

Its always going to be toughy. My plan for doing that is take the first part of Joes really easy. Its far too easy to crank up the first pitch on Joes and then barely make it up the switch backs to the bottom of Cardiac. Next time you head up keep your heart rate nice and low on Joes. At the flat at the bottom of Joes let the heart rate come down a bit, and then pace yourself up the switchbacks, saving some gas for Cardiac. Stick to the far left going up to the entrance of Cardiac helps mentally too.

Yeah, that's pretty much my plan. The flatish stretch before the S, I will be turning it down to a snail's pace, and keep it at snail as long as possible. From Cardiac up, start cranking it out for time.

just an fyi...it's "gaglardi", after this guy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philip_Gaglardi

"Gaglardi died on September 23, 1995. Gaglardi Way, a major thoroughfare in Burnaby, British Columbia connecting the Trans-Canada Highway to Simon Fraser University, is named for him."
