Good job, tough climb in my books. Not too tech but steep at the end. I would puke for sure...and that is pushing...

Start from home, non stop till the start of Cardiac (sign place), rest 30 seconds, go up the Cardiac.

Speaking of, does anyone have a good map of the XC type trails up there? I know they are not as secret as the elusive scret trails on the shore...
