some progress

Started out something like this :

lifted it 2":

Put 2 decent lights up front :

Threw on a new spotlight on the driver side today:

Not too bad for a $25 light setup

Also put in a ghetto intake (which now has a mudguard, half toolbox style)

All ready for 31's, some bumpers im going to make and a hell of a lot of fender trimming

Looks great so far. I am going to be doing lights as well, including a couple of the back for when I am backing up the trailer and such.

Are you doing your own fab for the bumpers? I have a front and rear tube bumper I need to get modified to fit the Mazda, including fabing of mounting points. Interested?

Im going to make my own, im not really big on tube style bumpers... do you have pics of yours ?

No pics yet, but I'll take some and send them.

They are from Overlander in Abby many years ago when they made bumpers. The rear is from a Jeep XJ, I think. The front fits nicely, just needs to be adapted.

My truck isn't a pavement princess and I want to protect the front end from brush, as well as drivers.

some kid has that same jeep at my school, its soooooo sweet. He broke one of his leafs on his HAGARD ( I mean hagard.) 3 inch lift so he just went balls deep and put a 6 and 1/2 inch lift on it, so awesome.

Great job, looks really clean. I'm guessin coil spacer up front and blocks in the back? If you're in the market for tires and don't want to spend alot check out kal tires's own brand, called wild country or something, really nice all season tire but still enough lug to get muddy.

body lift.

Pro comp 4" suspension lift with 35x12.5 FC2's

85 & 50 watt piaas.

Going to build a winch mount that will plug into my rear hitch reciever when i get some time here.
