WTB - ladies road frame

Looking for a 49 or 50 'ish ladies road frame and fork.

My wife is making noises about wanting to get out, maybe do a Fondo next year, so ....

Any nice frame and fork out there in the ~50 cm size range??

What size horizontal top tube do you need? How tall is she?

She is 5 ft, maybe 5'1" at the outside.

I will measure her up for top tube

OK, I have a 52cm frame but that will be too big. She needs a horizontal TT around 50cm or less.
