Mountain Highway Macchiatos

Where is the best espresso when riding down Mountain Highway towards 2nd Narrows? I often a need a macchiato to get me up and over the bridge.

I find JJ Bean's to be consistently good, never had a bad coffee there, at Brooksbank.
Moja gives you a good kick too.

I'll second the JJ bean. It's at Park and Tilford, the corner of Brooksbank and Main (Near John Henry)

Moja's rad for sure, they aren't open on Sundays, and they are only open until 5 if I remember correctly.
But, they're the shit.

Moja. Or if they aren't open Starbucks for chain cleaner quality bean. Yuck. I'll have to try JJ Bean. Never had their brew.

Being a coffee snob, I'm supposed to hate Starbucks. However, I do go there occasionally for iced coffee, because the venti is huge, and lasts me more than three sips.

I agree with the consensus of Moja or JJ Bean in that area. JJ's choco zucchini muffins are the best!

I've had that muffin about a hundred times, and every one is just as good as the first. The only thing that bothers me is how much remains on the paper. Sometimes I eat that too.

I have not heard of Moja just checked out their website, looks good! Thanks for the tip, I often feel like coffee on the way down but Starbucks doesn't excite and JJ Bean involves a mall.

A little out of your way but Brazza has the best espresso on the north shore IMO
19th and lonsdale, library on 14th lonsdale, and marine drive, Moja is also very good but limited hours.

I hit Moja today, wow that was one excellent macchiato. One of the best espressos I have ever had. Highly recommended!

It's the only one I eat, nothing else compares! The sticking to the paper thing usually results in chocolatey hands...
