Trail days and where to find them

Hi all,

I'm curious about where I will hear about trail days. I am a total newbie to this so forgive the basic questions please! It was interesting to read about the Pangor work recently but I didn't see that day advertised - was it a "private" day by the TAP crew? There was a call for PMs to get informed/assist with Pink Starfish - is that the same sort of deal?
I think I am more likely to attend the more public days since it seems to be hard to know when free time will pop up with a young family. I expected to hear a bit more through NSMBA on these. Am I getting a bit over-keen here given it is still early season? This whole long-day thing is quite exciting for a newcomer who endured back-to-back winters.

With TAP days, the adopters assemble their own crews and they are generally limited to a moderate size so that the builder:crew ratio is kept reasonable. Whether adopters are looking for folks to help out is up to them - some of them use it as an employee team building-type exercise so they want to keep it with their staff and some are looking for outside help (e.g. NSMB.com invited folks out to all of the Dale's days last year).

We'll also be having some more traditional public trail days this year - I'll have to leave it to the Trails guys to chime on that but it'll be posted on NSMBA.ca and in the newsletter.
