Was thinking about building up this one of a kind frame, but it's a MD size...a bit short in the top tube for a pedally winter bike.

22" actual TT. Not sure on the effective since I don't have the drawing for this one. I do know that we originally welded it for Scott Beaumont as a 4X bike. The frame was designed around a Fox 831 so a 130-150mm Float 34 would be a bit of a change.

There's a mix of tubes in there, but yeah, has some Vertex DNA.

Zee Germans would probably pay $1,000,000 for that if you stuck it on Ebay or Retrobike.

I just measured up my Monk, which is a 23" ETT with 69º HA and 72º SA (Fox 32 at 100, 20mm taller than geo chart numbers). The actual TT is 22.5" at the 13" ST, 22" at a virtual 16" ST. Sounds like your one-off is probably similar on the ETT.

like i said, updated. though maybe the ribbing is internal

mostly just made the connection because ken mentioned it was a 1-off, and the paint job. i remember walking into westpoint and one of those was hanging from the ceiling. the want was high... though i didn't know why
