Got the casts off today. My right arm which had two breaks still has some ROM but the left barely moves. Dr. Gave me braced to wear for the next month but I can take them off around the house. Not to bad, only 29 days in double casts!

Sorry to hear this story....so, did your arms break before you hit the ground? Like impact from holding the bars, or when you hit the ground after otb?
