As mentioned there are some of these on the Shore but you have to find them on your own (I've only come across a few). These trails are however not rideable in the Fall/Winter.

Head out to the Fraser Valley...... ride Woodlot, Vedder and LedgeView if jump trails with flow is what your looking for.
Woodlot is all year round unless it snows, Vedder works pretty good all year round. Ledgeveiw is seasonal . Burke and Eagle Mtn in Poco are worth checking out .

if you haven't ridden half nelson, you should bother to check it out. The video doesn't show it but that trail is very fast and quite long.

For some good flow; after Mystery DH, stay to the left & do Stupid Grouse. You end up at 21st st. & Westhill Dr.
