I've just installed my set about twenty minutes ago. Things I've noticed so far:

Top loading pads where you can see the rotor with them installed.
Lever ergonomics a million times better (imo)
Lever can be taken off while grip still on
Reach adjust easier to adjust (not saying the old one was hard)

Got my set and Shimano has really raised the bar with these brakes. Like they previous generation Saint brakes they have a great power but the modulation is definitely better now. And they look fantastic!

i just got a 2012 saint kit and im loving it so far tho..
