I just got a call from a buddy at Evo. The bike was spotted in Fremont not long ago. We have an address of the house that the guy came out of (doubt he lives there) but I believe I know where he might live. There is a house not far from us that has been breaking into houses left and right and stealing bikes, camera gear, almost anything they can. There hasn't been much in the way of road bikes stole, but mountain bikes, mostly downhill bikes. I personally chased down a guy riding a stolen M9 through Fremont a few months ago. I have seen that guy before, he is known by both us here at Big Tree, as well as Adam at Downhill Zone. We know who he is, but the cops have done nothing to stop any of it.

Update

With the help of Big Tree and a kickass person at another local shop I was able to confront the guy and Take my bike back.

I showed up to the spot the DBag was and confronted him, taking the bike and calling the cops. The ass split before I the cops could nab him, but we have some plate numbers and descriptions.

I am still missing 3 bikes, so happy to get my favorite one back, mostly in good condition.

bike thieves can suck it.
