That Section on A line

The section on Aline where its just straight down, 2 rocky hills right after eachother, all rocky and such, finishes with the little right hand berm before the flat secition..

has anyone ever clocked themselves to see how fast their going? cause I felt like I Was goin preetty good, for a hack..

anyone?

I rag-dolled the first half at about a billion kph once, at least that's how it felt.

That section is fun and very fast comming into that berm feeling like my tires are gonna rip off the rims even at 40 psi is all time!

Buddies contour said mid 60's kmh.
That was 2 years ago. I'm pretty sure I was faster than that on the section earlier today.

all google could tell me was the fastest time in the 2007 Air DH was 64kmh

My best memory of that section was being passed on the left side on the table top right at the top. I heard a guy coming up fast so I went right and he did a massive tail whip as he passed me while we were both in the air. He landed in front of me and manualed down the whole first section. I usually don't touch my brakes down that stretch and he still left me in the dust.

Mind you I was probably slowed down by my chin dragging on the ground.
