I'll let you know more about Squamish races soon...it's just a kernel of an idea at the moment, but I'm heading off for a ride this afternoon to go look at a couple of venue ideas I have.

Saw your spreadsheet already - thanks for putting that together! MFG are putting together some warm up races on Wednesday evenings in August too.

It looks like StarCrossed is on a weekend I have free, so that's great. My gf lives in Seattle, so I'm down there a lot. There are a couple double-header weekends that could be fun too - Crusade in Bend on Oct 27/28th and Cascade's Cross Border Clash on Nov 3/4.

I ride a 56cm road bike, so I'm probably going to need a slightly larger CX bike than you guys are offering.

i've been thinking of finally giving cx racing a try this fall. i've been riding my crosscheck a tonne this year and feel like it would be a shame for all this riding/"training" to go to waste. realistically wouldn't be looking at more than the lower-mainland series, and even then driving out to all the races seems a pain. but if there were others in van/nv interested in the same and carpooling i'd commit it a minute. anyone? beuhler?

Hmmm ... any idea if the Starcrossed w/e will be a double-header again with the Rad Racing GP on the Sunday? Or is that the Lake Sammamish race in Sept?

I have compiled the sheet as best as I could, it looks like MFG split up the lake sammamish race and Starcrossed this year because starcrossed isn't uci points, and the they set the calendar like that. According to the mfg site the dates are the same as I have, but any changes should referred from the MFG site.

Let me know if any one finds a discrepancy in the google doc. Thanks

A singlespeed division? That means that I might be able to have a top 5 finish (because there are only 5 of us)!

I think that there is a top 6 podium in SS, because that's exactly the amount of beers in a 6 pack.

Has anyone tried the Norco Threshold? I'm eyeballing the mid-range model...looks pretty sweet. just wondering if anyone had some actual race or ride time on one.

They're coming out with a bigger line of thresholds real soon. A few aluminum all wiht discs and some more carbon versions. They do look sweet.
