I'm now enlightened.

Interesting stuff. I've always wanted a watch with a rotating bezel, now I would know how to use it if it had a tachymeter on it. Cool stuff.

I hate it that all the cool watches are men's watches...

Even if they made cool women's watches I probably wouldn't be able to read the time!

I've had the womans version of this St. Moritz watch for over 15 years.

I've lost it twice and it keeps coming back!

Another lens would have been more appropriate, secondly if I was going to spend that much on a watch I would go for something more suave then a Nixon, also it looks exactly like the rest of the "Player" line up but costs over 1000 more. Not to mention I had already been given a very nice watch earlier.

Taste is subjective, knowing you, I going to go out on a limb and guess these are more your taste.

or something more techy

or a simple pocket watch.
I have literally no idea what you're on about.

Didn't someone post a Reverso? Lots of women wear those and they have a certain deco charm...

High school graduation present from my dad. I like it, but I find that it's looks too small when it's on my wrist. Anyone know anywhere to get a leather cuff made up to replace the strap? Just want to bulk up the appearance.

Have been eyeing the omega seamaster chronometer for when I finish school. Something about having a watch in theme with my career..

I have to give huge kudo's and a plug to st. moritz
http://www.momentumwatch.com/pages/p...f-products.php

I just dropped my old watch, which is now discontinued, off there and he's going to replace the internals for $60.00!

I've lost this watch TWICE and it keeps coming back so I owe it another 15 or so years!

They're on 7th ave at Spruce in Vancouver.

Yup, that's Momentum, the Vancouver watch company I mentioned. They seem to have given up on the "St. Moritz" branding recently. Low cost good quality watches that you'll actually be able to get serviced, wow.
