While that's the case for most things, I had a 32, and hated it. I've tried a bunch of forks, love the 44 RC3, and think the Revelations are pretty awesome too, but the Rev still seems to have some reliability issues.

Well I've decided to ignore everyone's advice and go for a complete rebuild by Suspensionwerx. It might be crazy but for $400 it will be good as new (so I'm told) and this fork put up with a lot of crazy bullshit. So many Cypress days. I look back and can't believe what my little bike put up with. The one thing I love about this fork is the travel adjust. When i'm climbing Fromme I turn it way down and it puts me forward into a very nice climbing position.

I was not convinced I could get as good a deal for $400. I'll start to do my own maintenance though to save money and keep it alive longer.

That seems awfully expensive. I thought a rebuild was 130-200

Exactly correct. I think the only thing stock after the build will be the lowers.
