How this works

This is how it will work.

Post your Stolen gear will on the main BB. After 1 week it will be moved to the Stolen bike forum where it can be referred to.

In the header of your post please put the type of bike you have.

I have moved a couple of your stolen bikes post over but could you redo them in a similar fashion to this http://bb.nsmb.com/newforum/showthre...threadid=19028 then I will go in and remove the old posts.

Thanks,

Couch

Ignoring the spammer that wants us to dress like The Village People, posting ones stolen bike in the main forum, and it then getting moved to the stolen forum after a while seems like a good idea to me. People tend to post straight into the stolen forum but I don't know how many people look in here?

Stolen Kona Big Rove Black (1 week old)

Today the 14th of Feb I caught a thief trying to remove my bike lock with bolt cutters. He made a run for it but didn't get far. Pic enclosed. Bad new, while this was going on someone else finished the job. Stolen from outside BSP Downtown. Serial No: F1504C1376

Any help would be much appreciated, and watch out for for your bike around this guy.

Thanks,

Bob.

This is a VERY suspicious post. I met this guy who was selling a similar bike the other day, and the bike wasn't at all in good shape, nor his size. I didn't buy it.

Browsing for other bikes, I saw this:

http://vancouver.craigslist.ca/van/bik/4999342075.html

Guess what, same guy! Does this bike look familiar to anyone? If so, he'll meet you at the White Spot on Cambie and 13th.

No proof, but super suspicious. Ideas? I may well have my bike (which was stolen last week) at his house. Scumbag...

I'd suggest starting a new thread as this one is just about how the Stolen bike forum works.

Edit: I see you've already done that.
