Don't use a dryer. That's how Beiber dries his hair. Doesn't look right does it. In reality, some shorts are OK in the dryer some not. Sometimes the foam in the chamois has a really low melting point and it will deteriorate fast in a dryer. The trick is to own enough that you can air dry them on a rack and not be without proper shorts.

i personally always throw mine in the dryer w out issues. i havent bought any lycra in approx 15 yrs. im still using my old robson cycles, cove and misc bike courier company's shorts. i guess not wearing them since 97 while i was doing all this freeridng kept them in good shape!

dusted off the HRM.. hit 189 on ydays climb...

back in 91 i bought some used gear from spicer and chris oetter at a sale they were having... wheels and also some used spandex...that was the only time in my life my balls have juggled so close to another mans...

used spandex=no sale!

i havent done a shuttle since last sept when i broke my hand.. im old man i had to put myself out to pasture..

been rocking out km's right out the door..

hittn the gym and gettn my squats up..

dont worry tho there will always be bbq's and shuttles on the b+k!

According to my European roadie buddy... they must be washed after every ride. The only acceptable way to do so is while wearing them in the shower. As not to do so will allow water direct contact to the body part and therefore weaken you for the next ride.

This is tradition. You do not argue with tradition.

Sugoi, Garneau, Tomac, MEC...I have put them all in the dryer numerous times with no problem.
