Burnaby mountain XC loop?

Lately, I've been going up the N. Road trails, Dead moped and extension, up TCT, then up Mel's down Nicole's and down Jim's to climb back up North Road to the pump house. It's not a long loop, but it's got some arse kickingly hard climbing in it.
I have a monster epic loop I do every now and then that is about 30km and 4hrs long..

i used to go up the hastings side of TCT for awhile, but i much prefer going from the north road trails side and up TCT past cardiac to the old gas station. it's a climb, then a spin, climb, spin. up the west side it's just a long grunt to the top. nothing wrong with mixing it up however.

I like going from that side of the mtn because you get to traverse more and see more scenery. it makes going down trails like nicoles, gear jammer more challenging because you have to ride back up again after going down to be rewarded with a little bit of downhill at the end.

That's what makes sfu such a great little hill, you can put together a ton of loops.
