Wireless Carrier
What wireless carrier, in your guys and gals opinion, is the best wireless carrier and why? Also, reasons against a carrier would be helpful as well. (Fido is not available around here)

I've had no issues with Rogers, my phone works pretty much anywhere, including up on the trails, in the woods and at the top of the coquihalla connector where there was thought to be no reception.

I always used telus up north,seemed to have the best coverage in small towns and on the road but I never had to pay the bills

I had to do a survey to decide which carrier to go with for blackberry coverage and we ended up on telus country wide

where up north? my dad and bro have telus and they say the coverage sucks between PG and williams lake.

i second the rogers recommendation. been top notch for me.

south on 97 is spotty to quesnel ,no coverage between 1/2hr outa quesnel and williams lake

they got cell in ft st james & mcbride within the last 2 yrs

sometimes you get coverage as far north as bear lake then yer dead to mackenzie which has had cell for years, hy 16 from pg to burns lake is spotty but improving

sometimes you can get cell as far east on hy16 as Purden mtn ski hill


far cry from the southern interiour where they seem to have coverage every where in the kami-okanagan area

ive heard good things about rogers, im currently shopping for a plan phone, so i can ditch my shitty prepaid account. so im interested to see what peoples opinions are.

I use fido, which is the rogers network, I have great reception from van all the way through the interior.

I have Rogers Pay-Go at the moment, and I have shitty service around town and in Kelowna...best service I've had so far is at Silverstar.

i like rogers cause your always free to change your plan at the click of a mouse button, no obligation, i think that makes it 100% better on its own. oh and the fact that they have SIM cards. but Fido is best for pay as you go (which is now owned by rogers)
