Front Freewheel System

Anyone ridden a bike with one?
Wave of the future!
I actually need to know if I can put any rear wheel on? It doesn't have to be FFS specific does it?

FFW Cranks where originally used on trials bikes to keep things very compact and light. Its not a great system at all, I find it very inefficiant. When pedal kicking cranks strip like that and the freewheels arent very good. For a decent freewheel, youve gotta spend about $120 or so CAD. Overall, very inefficiant, not the way to go.
