what do you think is better for mostly dirt jumping but some trails once in a while?

.243 racing SL/DJ/STR.
It's a 243, 4130 chromoly, it has horizontal drop-outs with integrated axle positioning system, it's good for what you'll be doing, as long as you're not doing big hucks, drops etc when you ride trail. Sinlge crown forks only though, eh!
