i took one out for a test ride a couple weeks ago. the bike climbed extremely well and moved very nicely at moderate speed. i was bit unsure about it on a few steep rock faces, but it was my first go on the bike so I didn't quite have the feel for it yet, but for a bike I just got on for the first time it handled some classic shore trails with no probs. has anyone taken it out for a big drop/jump ride before? like whistler? somewhere where you can let the bike rip at high speed? how did it feel? the bike is definitely on my want list.

did dre go from raceface to easton now raceface has gone belly up?
that's an easton havoc carbon on his slayer right and I seem to remember he had a sixc bar on it in older vids?

Hi guys, glad some of you are enjoying the video - it was never intended to be released publicly as it was really just a test. It was shot and edited within 5 hours. It was my first time behind my new Canon T3i, which is a wicked camera for $950. All of this was shot on a 24-70mm L without a tripod. I'm slowly picking up all the gear, and its quickly taking all my money lol but im stoked.

I have lots of cool video work planned for this summer including racing, all-mtn, bike checks and reviews so keep an eye out here for em. And of course a bangin edit from Dre!

Good one....

You know what would be cool is to get "Slayer" PLAYING LIVE.... Then have one of your young Rocky riders going off....(Balls deep in the fire) ....
