    Hey Chris,

Yeah I am riding the Excavators. I think its an excellent tire. It has deep knobs, deeper than either the Comp 32 or the Nevegal. The tire seems to really excel in loose conditions, like loose gravel or sandy surfaces. For those typres of trail I haven't found a tire than generates as much grip. The tire is very stable on the cornering knobs. I feel the tire is weaker under heavy braking in loamy conditions. For that I feel the new Telonix is far better. I think the Comp 32 is better at generating grip on wet wood work, slippery roots, and wet slick rock. The Nevegal is a better hard pack tire in my opinion. For the generally wet, loamy, root infested trails here on the shore I'm using a Telonix on the front and an Excavator on the rear.

    Cheers,
    Tim

I was told you were riding the kenda excavators. What's your thoughts on them? Can you
compare them to a Michi 32 or a Nevegal?

    Thanks in advance.
    Chris
