Its intuition SO they have all the liners in all the right sizes right there in stock so I was able to try different liners and I found out I can't use the touring specific liners with a tongue so I settled on power wraps even tho the liners are for a touring boot

They know what they are doing, Crystal whom you will likely be dealing with has been fitting liners for 13 years, so she has a lot of expertise, they also got a guy who has also been at MEC(james I think?) who does boot punches for 15 $ each, I needed a punch for this funny bone sticking out the side of my foot and he did a great job, buddy sez next season they will be doing ski tech as well

The price was reasonable enough but most important is that I got exactly what I wanted ... Highly recommended
