as much as i love your bi-annual threads that actually contain bike content, i suggest you stick to myspace with the passive-aggressive crap that you share with the rest of us here.
i honestly don't know how much you actually ride, but i suspect it's little to none; and furthermore, whatever pre-teen-non-bicycle-riding angst you're expressing here on these forums is not only complete and utter bullshit, but a discredit to everyone on this site.
i'm sure that there are plenty of photo related forums that you could be a dick on, but spare us all with your personal issues, get off your ass, and either ride your goddamn .243, or take some photos that have to do with mountain biking.
get in where you fit in.

what a sick spot to have a cabin. the vid was pretty good, especially if it was your first attempt.

Well worded retort! Your NSMB experience will be much more enjoyable if you put him on ignore - trust me. I keep hoping that he will grow out of his attitude problem, but I am starting to loose faith... He's just an ignorant little tool, nothing will change that.
Nice vid!

I really dug the seggy. I agree that the tin noise on the QP is a bit loud, especially when we hear it without seeing it, like in the overhead dj shots.
And I just KNOW you can boost above the coping! Doooo it!

sweet vid. I always judge a bike vid by one main criteria (as all bike vids should be judged), that is, does it make me want to go ride (or go build and ride). This video inspires me to go build and ride, so nice vid.
I like the QB noise. It's an added element to the experience. The viewer is looking at that and wondering what the material is, wondering is it metal and what kind of traction you'd get, and how would you hit it, what would it ride like? I like it. I always like the sounds of biking, it makes me want to ride more.
The only thing I didn't like in this vid was the music. The mood of the music was right, (I don't think something hardcore would suit), but that particular song is annoying.

I liked how the song gave a happy, laid back mood. Nice job for a first try!

yeah, I liked the mood that the song set, I just don't like that particular song.
This may sound odd, but another upbeat mellow song to try would be "She moves in her own way" by The Kooks. I think it would flow nicely.
Sweet vid though.

Not bad at all considering it's your first video, I think it was pretty decent actually.
For shooting lines/more than one stunt at a time, I suggest you work on your positioning, it helps to move around seeing what your options are before shooting. In a forest, this is usually somewhere around the middle of the section where everything being ridden is at least reasonably visible. Or, often better looking but more time-consuming, have the rider hit the line as many times as there are stunts, shoot each stunt individually from the best angle for each, and lay them together.
