So Im signed up for the garbonzo and nationals race and neither of which's courses have been decided upon. Im just wondering when the courses will be released, I know garbo has been on no joke in the past so a replacement run will have to be chosen upon. As for nationals I heard they were building a whole new dh track for the race but C-work is under a month away, is it just the grass slope again? if anyone knows anything it would be greatly appreciated thanks!

its not nationals, they are in Mt Washington the week before Crankworx, its called the Canadian Open, which will be a new trail, the Garbo race will probably be OS to Bear Cub to Duffman......maybe Sidetracked....

racing down original sin would be sooo cool... :)
My favorite garbanzo race route would be just a bit freight train, original sin, goats gully, bear cub, no joke (or is this part closed too?), drop in clinc, freight train, no joke (before the container to the left), No Duff, Duffman, Creek gap, step up to lower a-line, a-line rockdrop, monkey hands, glc drop….

Now that would be an awsome route.

There should be a contest where we can submit our favorite dream race routes and the winners course is raced by the contestants!

I thought it would be freight train to OS to bear cub then freight train all the way down and the bike over to a-line cause thats not very different from last years course besides the old no joke section. Either way is good im just nervous if its gonna be a long tech line im gonna be dieing all the way down haha

ok so for those of you wondering i got this straight from whistlerdiaries.com "The Nationals course is also been cut , it will be the same as last year in the beginning cutting back and forth across the field next to fantastic. The lower section will start in detroit rock than cut off onto a new trail which crosses over alongside joyride joining up to Joy ride after the wooden bridge" and as for garbo "I also know the exact path of Garbanzo DH which will feature three sections of new trail that have already been cut and the course is....... " i guess we'll have to wait till there next update

hmmm, could this new trail on the lower race be an old one that was never used?
