how accurate is the forecast for Whistler generally? We're planning to go there this weekend, but it asys 6 degrees and heavy rain for Sunday, but 25 above on Monday.... good chance it will be nice?

5 days is a long ways away. the forecast could change at anytime, especially with the wacky spring like weather we've been having lately

Generally, it can be pretty accurate. Now that it's pretty much summer, you can expect better weather.
I remember a couple of years ago I went on May long weekend. The whole week it said rain (Like a POP of 70 every day). It was raining on our way to the ferry. It was pouring in Vancouver. As soon as we hit Squamish, blue sky. And the next day was perfect. Not even a cloud in the sky all day. So all in all, it's hard to say.
ps. We should go riding/for a beer Jason8)

going with Sheffy/his wife.... and my girlfriend, and meeting Jerry Willows there. I'd be down for a ride with ya for sure though

Im moving there on Friday for two months:lol:. I think I will probably be riding by myself this weekend because Mark is getting a free pass but not until the 25th:(.

Oh you can never trust the forecast here, its never always right and changes everyday. But recently, its been very acurate though. I really hope the rain stops!

the last two times Ive been there the forcast called for rain and it was beautiful both times. just go, you can ride the trails wet anyways.

Look for me:lol:. Black Playmate, 888, 729's/Maxxis. Blue Giro helmet, and Hoots knee pads. That's probably what you would recognize most:P.

Then I guess its free glacier skiing on locals day for me!

Says some rain tomorrow, but whatever. I've ridden in the wet more than the dry this year, so im used to it!

you guys are gonna get poured on.... it started about 4pm today, not alot, but a-line,DM, and anything wood got greasy pretty quick..

How were the trails today? muddy? I am thinking about coming up on Sunday. So far it says 40% of showers, trace amounts of rain expected....
