teh easiest way to remove dirt from your eye is to lean your head over a sink... face side up....

have someone pour water into your eyes from a glass...of course u have to keep your eyes open...

its kinda freaky the first few times u have to do it, but it gets easier in time...

working in a dusty Auto shop i have to rinse my eyes every now and then... its alot better then letting the dirt stay in there and rubing your eyes raw....

Flush your eyes with water.

And stop 'ridding'... it sounds dangerous.

Fill a shot glass with water, lean forward and put it over your eye, then flip your head back and swish it around.

Put more dirt in to displace the other dirt. Then stop and think about why you ride..Dirt in the eye is scary, especially when you ride these big and scary mountain bikes. Maybe getting dirty just isn't your cup of tea?

Its a difficult decision..a) quit riding, dirt in the eye is just too much to deal with

or

b) Suck it up, man-up and wash your eye out.You won't die.

Dirt in the eye is a serious issue in this day and age.

One day, you could be rolling around downtown, and then next minute you notice that you're right in the Heart of East Hastings!

Scared to the brink of pooping, you step on the gas and book outta there, but as you're kickin' it out, a gob of Tainted Dirt sprays up into your eye... you swerve, and almost hit a car.

Who knows whose blood could have been on that dirt?! X-O

My suggestion is to steal some Kickass Safety Glasses from work... then tuck them inside your Full Face and look like a poindextor...

Respec!

When I was a lil' guy, my mom wouldn't let me get eye-drops... so I would take my swimming goggles and fill them up with water, put them on and walk around in a blurry haze...

Shit, when I bought those goggles, I felt like the Koolest Kid!! X-D

No joke, this really works.
Go to the local seven 11 and buy a slurpee. a small one is enough. Drink it as fast as you can (screw the brainfreeze) take the cup once you're done, put in on your head, and use the straw to suck it up princess.

I haven't laughed this hard in a while:lol:

But yeah for your eye..! Be careful when you're flushing your eye cause once I pulled out a glass from the cupbord and it wasn't washed properly after mixing oil and vinegar dressing and I used it to clean my eye in my haste and my god it hurt so much I was rolling on the kitchen floor screaming

This is pretty sad. 4 pages of replies for getting mud in your eye. For sheeps sake, if you have made it to the ripe age of 15, surely you have the capacity to remove dirt from your eye without the consultation of 50 people!

The "SHORE" board.

Its getting more like an Anne Landers column.
