always pack lens tissues on a soggy day! nothing worse than getting home and realising all your shots have raindrops ruining them...

Had them but had no time to use them :)
(I do have Hoyo UV filter to protect camera lenses but Dan - what would you recommend if there's both rain drops and mud everywhere on it?)

use a rocket blower to blast off the water, you should be able to lightly flick away any remaining bits of grit. To be honest though, the secret is to not let it get muddy in the first place ;-)

if there was a trail running vertically with a rider coming towards the camerainthe first one, it would be the sickest thing ever.
