Could someone please tell me what this trail is like.
I'm sort of intermediate now. Midway on the learning curve.
Thoroughly enjoy Corkscrew and Pingu (on my way to Ned's) but they are so short. Severed D was O.K. but not very interesting.

What can you you compare this trail to? Ned's, Pangor,Oilcan, Pipeline, Ladies?

Really good trail is "Freakshow"? Midway on the 2nd switchback on Fromme. 3 launches in a row. Again, too short.

*unt-buster is like a steeper version of Severed dik...

dont go into it expecting to get blown away, its just a good ol classic NS trail...

thats whats so good about it...lots of steeps and lots of flatland pedaln sections...also has some decent flowy sections...
hope that helps...

Thanks IFO. Noticed you're a semi old guy too. 1967 was a good year for both of us. Trivia: It was the last time the bastard Leafs won the cup!

I've been working on C-buster. There's a cool figure 8 log ride at the start, a Z shape log ride on the ground (should be able to clean it), some good steeps, one nasty steep left turn, one more log ride with a small launch(yet to be finished), a tough climb, a couple more steeps and then you're done. Overall a cool trail, very old skool. Some folks don't like becaus of the pedalling, especially at the top and the section in the middle.

The 2 minutes of super steep trail is worth 20 of flat. It is good because people are too lazy to endure the flat stuff so the steep stuff stays in good condition. Not many people ride the trail.

i love the old-schoolness!

awkward off-camber and weird angled natural obstacles.

BRING ON THE GNAR!
