Did you undo the pinch bolts?
take a screw driver and wiggle it around in the pinch bolt area, try and stretch it out a bit. Then shoot some penetrating oil in the area and let it sit for a while. Then take a rubber mallet or a dead blow and knock the shit outa it. Also check if you fork legs are bent/twisted because that could put front to back torque on your axle causing it to be pinched in there.

Try loosening the allen bolt on one side but not fully removing it. It should be sticking out a little bit and try tapping the end of the exposed bolt with a soft hammer. (similar to removing 3 piece cranks)

You could try something like Liquid Wrench. No idea if it actually works, I had no luck, but it might do the trick.

Yeah, the deep penetration is pretty key. Unfortunately it can also be hard to achieve, but lubrication can definitely help in some cases. Maybe something like liquid wrench but let it sit overnight so it has time to work and if possible leave it so that it is actually soaking in the stuff.

Bring it into a shop and tell them that your front tire is flat and need it fixed.
Should cost all of $12.

I had the same problem, when I pounded the axle out, I found it was some grime on the axle that had wedged it in place.

Bad idea, every mechanic ive talked to says they hate that. I hate that too. Bringing in trashed stuff and acting like you dont know is no way to stay on the good side of your local shop

What kind of fork is that? ;)
Carry a patch kit. That way you can fix your flat without removing the wheel.
