So wuts the difference in feel, is the argyle just as inactive as the dj? seems the dj would be lousy on trails, argyle any better? The pike seems like it doesnt hold up very good, creaking steer tubes, blown seals, let me know what you guys think.

RS/DJ

RS= Lighter, More technology, Easy to lower, compression/rebound adjustment that actually does something. better price.

the Argyle is actually usable outside of Dirt Jumps situation

I've had a stack of different Marz DJ forks over the years, they sucked off-road (away from the DJs or skatepark)

don't get the cheapest Argyle but look at the 318 or 409 as these have the motion control damper (same as Boxxer and Pike)

its a short fork (100mm) but works very well for the amount of travel its got, compared to Marz DJ which even in the DJ1 incarnation feels like "on/off" light switch action :(

DJ3 sucks. RS Arg is GOOD pretty simple.

I never blew seals on my pike or had creaking issues. mine is dropped to 100mm of travel and I street ride and dj on it very often. Rock Shox is the way to go

ya dirt jumpers are cheap stock forks.. go with the argyle because they are lighter and easier to adjust
