I have 06 boxxer ride. didnt see much ride yet. about 20 at most? just casual trail riding down nicoles and such..

recently i have noticed oil is leaking through the motion control knob area.. i am not sure why its leaking through there.. .other than maybe those rubbery o ring or w/e is worn? last time i checked, changed oil it was all in top shape.

what is the problem?

i havent gone riding for a long time so i left my bike upside down for a day... cuz fork was feeling sticky pushing down on it..so leaving it upside down it will get seals wet and such... and now i think i lost quite a bit of oil...on damper side..

ideas?

thats not a good thing, sounds like it needs a rebuild, and a new o-ring.

did you do that fix to your frame yet?

I'd say faulty cartridge, specifically the o-ring. Send it in for warrantee. Had to do that for my WC... also 06.
