Ridable Trails?

I will be in Vancouver this weekend and I am just wondering what to ride. Are higher trails like CBC too snowy/muddy to ride right now?. Im sure its pretty muddy eveywhere though if you guys had rain all week like we did. Any suggestions?

Seymour - corsckrew-> pingu-> Neds

Fromme - 7th all the way to Griffen,
or Upper oilcan->Ladies-> Lower crippler or digger

lower half of seymour is ok to ride when wet. however stay off cbc unless it is dry or frozen solid. Everthing on Fromme is rideable reqardless of weather. uper oil can is great right now, or 7th is also good... stick to the well maintained trails when its pouring out.
