Just finished it tonight. GF needed a new ride for Whistler this summer, so we:
Built up a pretty new Norco Nitro frame (cast off from my kid) with a bunch of used parts purchased online and laying around the house. Then swapped it for a SC Bullit on Pinkbike from a real nice guy who wanted an all mountain hardtail. We cleaned it up and added a Manitou Stance (fresh rebuild with the Sherman internals) and hussefelt bar and stem and fresh Nevegals, bled the XT 4pots and voila. It came out awesome, Full XT build Bullit, and less than $650 invested.
