Be smart, you have all the resources at your hand's reach, stop asking dumb questions on the forum when you could simply call your work and ask.

I strongly dislike people posting for no good reason or people that are too lazy to get off their computer and find out.

Google, yellow pages, any bike shop, fox's website. you can find your answer in so many places....

Think about it

I sure as hell don't want to be buying a bicycle, or anything from your shop, off of you.

This might be a lame-o question.. But is there a local contact for OGC?

I'm trying to get a Giro 'crash replaced' and am getting the run around.
I've...
-filled out the online form with all my details.
- got an email saying I have to call in to warranty claims
- Called in and left a message.
-Followed up with an email (no they won't return calls, I have to get them on the line)

Last year [yes, I keep falling of my bike...... ] I picked it up at the OGC off Main.

Thanks

You have been on here a lot longer then 2 weeks,(( blasphemer )) So you should know better. Ask the shop were you got the bike from, I assume that it is Cove do to you name...LOL. Start asking your LBS your ?, save this form for real issues.

Thanks DaveM. Good Karma to you..

BTW.. Helmets work!
As I pirouetted down the trail at 30Km/h, without a bike, the back of my head and a tree collided.
Yeah for Helmets!! :P

Im pretty sure the shop that you work at & OCG isnt going to dick you around. And anyways why wouldnt you just show up to work a half hour early one day, ask someone for the number to OGC and call them up and deal with it yourself?

Also, from the people here who work at OGC on this board, it seems quite clear that they would rather you deal with them through a shop rather than just calling as an individual.
