seem to inhibit the forum search function in my Firefox.
When I click the forum search, the ad covers up the pop-up menu, and I'm not able to enter any text to search for.
Is this a problem on my end, or with the code?

Maybe try updating, because I use Firefox and have had no problems.
I have the same problem...and there are no new updates.

maybe if one has a large enough monitor, the ad woudln't be in the way.
Seems like for most it is though.
Maybe it's a job for Norman.
I use safari, it's just not firefox.

YO Norman!!
Not sure, but adding the parameter "wmode=transparent" to the insert code might get around that issue.

Avantbrowser requires IE.
And?
Avant is just a shelled IE with the functionality of FF. All the usefulness, none of the incompatibilities.

I downloaded the Mozilla ad eraser that Robot mentions earlier in the thread, and it works. Band aid, but still works.
