ill be racing dual and downhill and the dh is about 30 and the dual is about 20 i think

i will race dh and ds for sure mabey even xc:eek: the dh course will probaly have big jumps on it this year with chicken routes too...should be wicked...camping is like 10 seconds from dh wel mabey a bit more

i will race dh on my hard tail with a dj'1 and and only one disc on the front, v in the back. i will prolly come last but couldn't care less, just doing for the hell of it. unless i can sumhow get enyf moola to get a fully frame

i am going if i can get a ride. and i'll be racing xc on my dh bike and dh on my trials bike and 4x on my trials bike with my dh fork on it....hahahhha

Hammerfest was so fun last year. I actually found the practise runs, ridin around parksville and watching funner then the actuall race. I felt really nervous coming out of the starting gate and made sketchy mistakes.....plus the whole breaking the coller bone on the last jump!

What kinda jumps will there be? What changes to the course?

werd. U17 Ex for DH and U17 for DS....It will be tight timing to be recovered on time for this race :)

Yeah sorry about that man:( . I remember talking to you in the line too about how nervous i was, and i distinctly remember sayin "My goal is to finish" So much for that!

Or was that that some other guy? Cuz some one passed me 3/;4 the way down, he ended up top 15 i think, maybe I got you two confused. Either way, sorry i ruind your race.

I might race, dunno if I want to buy a licence though. If I buy a full licence I'll be in Senior Elite men if I buy a day licence watch out Sport class :rolleyes:

Yeah that sucks for sure. thats weird cycling bc is splitting up the categories so much, there will be like 5 racers in U17 for duel :S

Yeah - Sport Class is hell. I'm finally about to progress beyond Sport and I don't think I'm going to race this year. I need a new bike ($1500 at least) and I owe about $10,000 to various schools and credit cards. I will be at most of the races though.

yeah i don't like the dual catagories. If they are going to split up junior have U-15 and then junoir. For some races there will be a few people in each catagory. But maybe they will change it when the season starts

The DS is on Sat and the DH is on Sun. The xc is on the following weekend.
