Ok so longstory short, my uphill partner has to work. Which means that I need and uphiller. I have paid for the race and insurance already so u really only need to show up and give 'er. If you could pay me back that would be awsome but if u have insurance already then just money for the race would be cool. I have done the race before if that matters. I don't care how fit you are. I'm there to have fun and if I do good then it's a bonous.
please send me a pm if you can. thanks.

oops - I was responding to flattire, not you. Off line, I was trying to convince him (through yet another intermediary) to do the uphill portion for you. It would have been a good match, I beleive he's a fairly seasoned racer and is doing the Test of Metal this year.
Ah well.
oh, yeah - and after I've been out drinking heavily, I often have to work it off by going down... but I'm talking about my wife - you seem to be talking about Fromme.

buddy u are lucky i'm still up. from lions gate. go up capilano road to the highway and go east on the highway. get off at the lynn valley exit. at the light turn right and travel along lynn vally road untill you get to mountain highway. turn left at mountain highway (there is an esso station on the corner) and travel along/ up the road untill you see all the bikers and big orange signs saying you can't park any further up. park and just keep going up the hill. Call me tomorrow morning if you get lost.

oh and if u are heading over the second narrows; go along the highway and get off at the lynn valley exit, at the light turn right and then just follow the previous instructions from when u are on lynn vally road.
