I'm pretty stoked...it's really different riding fixed: I didn't realize the places that I would sometimes let the bike freewheel, even momentarily. It's so nice and quiet to ride, and going over bumps or carrying down a staircase it's silent...it's just one solid object.

The details:
frame: Bianchi of some sort. Lugged Tange Infinity cromo
wheelset: Mavic OpenPro on Iro high-flange track hubs
others: Thomson post, clipped-and-flipped drop bars, green chainring bolts

So pimp Brian! I love it. You paint it or is that stock color?

Stock paint, as far as I know. It's got a few chips, and the chainstay is scuffed (that's why the tape is still on there) It's got the original Tange sticker on the seat tube, and a Bianchi logo on the head tube.
The paint has a beautiful metallic fleck when viewed in the sunshine.

Classy.
Bring that rig out to the Tuesday night HeyFixie! rides going from the Science World gazebo - there's a few NSMB'ers that are regulars.

Thanks!
I will come to one of those HeyFixie! rides, but not until my exams are over.
I also need to get a little bit more saddle time on this thing...I'm not all that great at stopping unexpectedly.

Yeah, when I flipped the bars I didn't have a brake lever that worked...I'll get that sorted.
Learn to skid. No brakes for me.
